The breakfast was fresh with al kind cuisines; and the staff was wonderfully helpful. I stayed in the room that was kept spotlessly clean and available with balconies, comfy beds, a nice design. The location was perfect, perfect by the riverside.

Charming small and clean venue, good for a wedding celebration. Excellent staff with a good portion of humor. Location right by the riverfront, next to the main street and a bridge crossing from the old part, semi-private beach and Specialthe river. Nearby E Village Food & Bar - great place to chill out. Perfect experience there.

It is nicely appointed family-friendly venue, it offers clean pool and the location is strategic very peacefully set on the river bank.

It was in the central location, had efficient and excellent staff from cleaning to Management. Set walking distance to a river and the bay, it was a plus.

The bathroom I had was a little tired.

It is a gorgeous and perfect property located in Minh An district close to Lyna, Jessi and Tram, night market and the centre of town. It is reasonably priced. The room is decent size and airy and includes a large bathroom. The hotel has incredible location to the beach which was 4km away and outstandingly accommodating and really friendly employees at the reception desk.

Views are pretty average.

The location was good and fab, close to all sights of ancient town, perfect for a wedding ceremony. There was a beachside restaurant nearby. The room was air conditioned and functional, loved its views over the river.

The location is central, not far from all the restaurants, shops, night market and bars within a 3-minute walk, bana hill and the river, the old quarter and restaurants. I can't wait to go back, thanks very much...

The room is neat and functional, comes with balcony and great breakfast. The location is great and lovely, very near to walk to the ancient town yet located in a quieter side of the river. It's short walk to food stores, all the good eateries and shops and the ancient centre.

This accommodation was in the central location to a glorious seaside in 10 minutes. Our room with balcony overlooking the water was spacious well appointed with comfortable beds.

Tastefully decorated and brand-new rooms with the balcony, felt like home. The location was absolutely incredible, at a medium distance from Ba le Well. Besides, it was right by souvenir shops, and the restaurants and shops.

Facilities were very good, yet Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The location is exceptionally nice, 10 minutes' walk to Japanese Covered Bridge. The rooms offered are air-conditioned and brand-new with a view of a bus park and shower plus a balcony. Thanks very much, will be back.

Their breakfast option with fresh fruit and western foods and houskeeping of a good standard is particularly good, put others we have been to shame! The location is great, just a short stroll away from Ha my Beach.

our stay at little was outstanding. the upgraded room at La Residencia was a pleasant surprise. staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. the location was perfect and the breakfast was great. we would highly recommend little for a memorable stay in Hoi An.

The warm welcome and exceptional service at Little immediately made me feel valued and special. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town and the Japanese Covered bridge. The clean and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable stay. The delicious breakfast selection and complimentary foot massage were delightful surprises. I highly recommend this faultless and charming boutique hotel.

Great hotel not in the hustle and bustle of the city but quiet. You are immediately in the heart of Hoi An on foot. Quiet hotel with top facilities.
